Grief and Loss Counselling
A Gentle Space to Grieve – Grieve at your own pace
Grief can show up in many forms, and it rarely follows a straight line. Whether your loss happened recently or years ago, the pain can feel just as real – touching every part of your life, from your thoughts and emotions to your energy, relationships, and sense of self. Grief and loss counselling offers a warm, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to carry it alone.
Loss Comes in Many Forms
Grief isn’t only about death. It can come with the end of a relationship, the loss of identity, changes in health, or even unfulfilled hopes. These forms of grief are often invisible to others, but they are no less valid—or painful. In counselling, you’ll find support in naming and making sense of these quieter, often unspoken losses.
A Safe Place to Feel and Heal
When you’re grieving, it can feel like the world expects you to “move on” before you’re ready. Here, you don’t have to rush your healing. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, honour what you’ve lost, and gently work toward integrating grief into your life in a way that feels manageable—and meaningful.
Finding Hope Again
Grief doesn’t disappear, but over time, it can soften. With the right support, you can begin to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Our work together can help you build resilience, restore your sense of purpose, and begin to imagine a life where your grief is acknowledged—and where hope has room to grow again.
