Inclusive Counselling in Kelowna – 2 Locations in Kelowna and Online Across BC
I provide in-person counselling in Kelowna at two locations, as well as virtual therapy for clients across British Columbia. As a 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, my practice welcomes people of all identities and backgrounds. I work from a strength-based, anti-oppressive lens that recognizes the ways systems and structures can affect our mental health, self-worth, and safety.
Therapeutic Modalities I Use
I integrate evidence-based therapies to support healing, self-awareness, and resilience:
EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Helps process and release traumatic memories in a grounded, manageable way.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
Identifies and shifts unhelpful thought patterns rooted in trauma or self-doubt.
